There are many PayPal accounts that have no debit cards linked to them and time comes when you want to transfer those funds to another account, say you want to pay a friend or buy stuff online but paypal will keep telling you to first add a debit card.
So below is how you can pay someone or transfer funds without adding any debit card in tour account.
Choose and change your PayPal payment method
With PayPal, you can use a bank account, your PayPal balance, or your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card as your preferred way to send money for goods and services or to pay for things online.
Select and change your preferred way to pay online whenever you want by logging in to your PayPal account.
To select your preferred way to pay online:
Go to Wallet.
Under ‘Payment Methods’, click the payment method (your card, bank, or balance) you would like to make your preferred payment method.
Click Set as preferred.
This way u wont be asked about adding debit card first when you want pay using your PayPal balance.
